Your privacy is sacred to us. We collect only what we need to make each app work, we never sell your data, and we never use your spiritual content for advertising. Below you'll find what each app collects and why.

What we collect

Your journal entries, the date and time they were written, and your account email. We do not collect your name unless you choose to add it to your profile.

How it's used

Your entries are used solely to display them back to you. We do not read, analyze, or process the content of your journal for any purpose other than syncing it to your devices.

Storage & security

Entries are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only you can access your journal. TheoSomatic staff cannot read your entries.

Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes all entries from our servers within 30 days. There is no way to recover them after that window.

What we collect

Your account email, designs you save within the app, and basic usage data (which features you use, not what you create). We may collect device type and OS version for compatibility purposes.

How it's used

Saved designs are stored so you can access them across devices. Usage data helps us understand which tools are most valuable so we can improve the app. It is never tied to your identity or shared externally.

Third-party services

Sacred Design uses third-party asset libraries for some design elements. When you use a licensed asset, your request passes through that provider's API. No personally identifying information is shared in that process.

Your designs

We do not use your creative work to train models, build datasets, or for any purpose beyond displaying it to you. Your designs belong to you.

What we collect

Your account email, prayers and vision notes you save, and prompts you submit to AI-assisted features. If you subscribe, billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we do not store payment details.

AI features & your data

When you use AI-powered prompts, your input is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We use a provider that does not retain your prompts for training purposes. Your prayers are not used to train any AI model.

How it's used

Saved prayers and vision notes are stored to give you a personal history of your journey. We do not analyze the spiritual content of what you write.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes. The only time we share data is if legally required — and we will notify you if this occurs, unless prohibited by law.
